Mail-In Repair / Shipping Instructions

1. Submit a repair request before shipping your module.
2. Include your name, phone number, email, vehicle year/make/model, module part number, and request number.
3. Protect connectors and fragile components. Place the module in an anti-static bag when appropriate.
4. Use adequate padding and a strong shipping box so the module cannot move inside the package.
5. Use a tracked shipping service and retain your tracking number.
6. Do not ship unrelated vehicle parts unless we specifically request them.
